Erin FINGERTROMMEL 1020 Screening Plant

ERIN Portable 1020 Trommel and Vibratory Screen. (2 Screens on one chassis) s/n 2S91D34R. This plant runs on 480 Volts. The material flow is as follows: Material is dumped into the hopper and fed by a variable speed feeder into a vibratory screen with 2" x 4" punch plate. 2" x 4" overs are discharged. The 2" x 4" minus material is conveyed to a trommel with3/4" square stainless-steel screens. Originally, the trommel had punch plate which proved to be too expensive and time consuming to replace. We fabricated a frame to replace the punch plate which consisted of four (4) flat eight (8) inch plates running the length of the screen and welded at 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees to the drive and non-drive ends of the trommel screen. Three (3) evenly spaced ribs were added to the circumference of the frame which created four rows to both the length and circumference of the screen. The frame created sixteen (16) openings for stainless steel screens bent to the curvature of the frame. The 3/4 inch loam is removed by a belly and side discharge conveyor and the 3/4 inch overs are discharged. The plant comes with three (3) trommel frames: on (1) with 3/4 inch stainless steel screens, one (1) with 7/16 inch stainless steel screens, and one (1) with bare frame.
